Cloaking is really good, but not insurmountable. I'm learning to play against it after using it for so long, and it's not that bad. The perk definitely needs changes, but I wouldn't say PvP is too bad at the moment.

I really am sick of PvP people being angry about cloak and other things. This is a PvE game with some PvP on the side, not a PvP game with a little PvE on the side. Cloak works well in PvE, and that's where it matters.
