It's ok though.... PS3 users don't matter. I mean, we had 2 Fridays in a row where the servers crashed and took hours for them to get back online. We didn't get any form of compensation for this.

This is probably the same friday server issue from what 2-3 weeks ago. The bubblegum just isn't holding as well.

The ps3 server hamster died, they thought they had a spare but had to go to a local pet store. They were out (from trion buying them all apparently) and now have to go out of town to get one. Eta, later.
