Hey guys and gals, here is a quick update/tutorial on how to get the claimable items and DLC to work.
Please note this works for the independent DLC buyers, that I know of.
Leave Defiance and go to System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Defiance
Then delete Defiance: Castithan Charged Pack
NOW DO NOT GO BACK TO DEFIANCE.
Go to Games > Defiance > hit X for details > redownload the DLC
This works.

defiantely doesnt work as that option isnt there with season pass....

Understand your trying to be helpful, but when you have what others cannot get, it's like rubbing your nose in it, by saying "I have this and you don't".
