there was an in-game system message that ALL servers were going down for 45 mins to improve system stability.

While logged in as the character you want to tweak, go to the Bit Store. Click on the DLC. It should bring up the PSN store box for the DLC. It should say "get now" and have a price of "free." Click on it. It should give you your items shortly thereafter within the game, or put them into your claims area if your inventory is full. The next time you log out and back in (entirely), you should have an un-passable "update appearance" option that must be chosen before you go back into the game as that character.Quote:
