when do we get our season pass gear

i am in a party chat with 2 other people that have had the season pass for over a month so the dlc comes out and we don't get any of the gear promised to us plus there has been only one post by the the defiance leaders of the fourms about it say we are sorry and are checking in to it so for the people that have to wait will we get any thing extra for our waiting or are we just stuck with no free gear and 40 dollars paid to this game

I just hope at this point they fire a slew of people. I mean you keep them they do nothing. you fire them they do nothing... what the hell does it take to actually do something right in that company?

For real ive tried everything to get my Claimed gear / items . Nothing works and its really starting to get to me ... and my ticket that i submitted god knows how long that will take to get a response . ( also a Season pass holder )

If you mean the hat it should have given it instantly.

no i got my hellbug hat and box with the season pass , im talking about the Character redo , Vehicle , and weapons from the DLC

First off what the hell is it with you impatient dumbasses you know how huge this games coding is and that this is the only game that has a console/pc cross-over so just chill the hell out an wait they are doing the best they can and before you say about passing it to a different developer they wouldn't have a clue where to start that's why they don't make games anything like defiance so just grow the hell up and stop thinking they owe you extra because they were giving things away for free to begin with

Agree this is bull I bought the season pass and haven't received anything either. and now I cant even login to the servers

I guess people just don't know how to read. it says if your having trouble obtaining your gear log out and log back in again.

Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe I feel entitled because I spent MY hard earned money on products/services that haven't been delivered. I didn't know that was the definition of being a spoiled brat. Here in the states, we call that being swindled.

I wouldn't be surprised if a class action lawsuit is in the making right about now.

I've logged out and logged back in about 15 times and the DLC still isn't showing. The game knows I have the DLC because I can do the new missions yet it won't give me my items.

hey you chose to buy the products. they did not stick a gun to your head and say buy it. plus are you a game developer? do you know how to combine newly made content into the existing content without creating bugs? you people are complaining like trion is a fast food company.

Ahem just curious but since when were any of those games mentioned either able to have people play on a console with someone on a pc? Or been a MMO open realm FPS I think you'll find that none of them for into either of those categories so your interruption is irrelevant please disappear and take your 10year experience elsewhere
