If you like me just want to get gold on all of them to do the quest and whatnot, you get all of that even if you suicide, as long as you have enough points. I had gold in 1-4 early in round 2 and gold in number 5 a bit into round 3, so I just blew myself up and finished the arenas in much less time than it takes to finish all rounds.
Thanks for the tip... but does your Gold go away if you continue with the rounds until the end if you start doing poorly?Quote:

The Arena are single player for some reason so at least you wont harm anybody else experience by skipping out with a suicide, but it still sounds strange to me.

How do you see your score? I did the first arena last night and never saw mine on screen. Also the points/multiplier stopped showing up at all once the Hellbug wave started.
Fun Fact: This is also a good tip for real life.
I'm with you. I can't do the first arena to save my life. Best I can do is just barely above bronze. How are people getting gold on this?Quote:

Any tips for these arenas? my multiplier seems to reset before i even manage to reload
It's essentially a dance. You need to keep an internal rhythm of always killing something before it resets. There are generally speaking a lot of small annoying enemies running around that are great for this. Try to mentally map out enemies as you go, so that you aim to take down a that volge or mutant minigunner after you've raised your multiplier enough. Don't try to go for high HP enemies if you haven't just killed something, or you will lose the multiplier doing so.Quote:

As a general rule though, don't go for the biggest ammo wasters, and range is very nice to have. VBI ARs are great for arenas because they work for many different situations. VOT Pulsers and VBI SMGs are better choices than Tachmag Pulsers due to ammo. Clustershot shotguns are decent in rounds with tons of annoying little enemies, like the scrappers.
I am completely confused by this magic arena you guys are talking about. When I go into the place called the Arena it tells me I am disconnected from the server.
I thought I was so bad it didn't even want me to compete.
