Detonator & Infector scope mods

As per the patch notes it said...Added some new mods for Infectors, BMGs, and Detonators. These will allow players to complete more synergies and fill all available slots. When i was able to login long enough I checked the specific vendors for the new scope mods for each weapon but were not there. So I guess my question is are they only available in mod hoards, vendor specials or just completely forgotten to be put in like all the other mods were at launch? I know someone posted a picture of a bmg scope on the alpha server last week but cant seem to find it anywhere.
