No - XP is meaningless, especially for those of us who can't earn any more. Give us something like a rare loot weekend, or something like that.
xp is useless for a large portion of the player base. loot is ok but that just turns into spending more time in salvage matrix than playing. weapon skill is great but again not everyone could use it. rep wouldn't do any good with only being able to do contracts once per day/week. scrip is now worth something but an extra 1-2 per kill or 20-30 per emergency doesn't add up to much.
Don't really see anyway for them to make it up to everyone so most likely they will cater to new/low level players like always.
They can give free legendaries like they have before
