Pre loading active now no joke

Tried to start the game. And got the usual 4mb update from Xbox and the game is installing stuff off the server

This ain't a joke

I put defiance in a fe minutes ago and it didnt get stuck at loading screen it had an update then started to patch and download a manifest its now downloading other things but didnt see what its doing

How do any of you have a disc already....and if you're all modded can't your Xboxs get banned?

i counted 5 patches when mine patched... if you restart your game or xbox you have to repatch again.. mins sat waiting on the defiance start screen now when i hit start it tries to connect and get 'Critical - the defiance service is not available. please try again later'

i aint restarting my game again lol. took about 20 mins to get all 5 patches a 2nd time.

I'm getting god awful speeds 0.28 mb/sec One patch took 45 min then the one after that sat at 3 days 14hours then went to 12 mins after 10 mins of downloading

I got my Game since last Thursday...my seller delivered it early. No Modded XBOX.

There's loads of people who have the game early, and you cant get banned because nobody can get online because the servers aren't up yet. How can you have made 122 posts and be so misinformed?
