Return or Refund.

Everyone has weighed in on this DLC fiasco. I have tried to keep a level head about the situation in the hopes that Trion, and now, Sony will correct the ship. After reading post after post, I have come to this conclusion. I think it unfair for Trion and/or Sony to hold our funds while they find a solution to this problem. I think they should provide the players a return on their investments or refund the money. I do not want any free items, bonus loot or bonus xp. It is either the dlc or give me back my money. Opinions of course will vary in the community but I feel this is the proverbial fork in the road.

yeah, dlc was released but after TWO DAYS is still unplayable on NA ps3, and some people on other systems still dont have them. i say if it hits the 5 day mark they owe you guys a refund

Don't hold your breath on the refund. If they once had any credibility they lost it long ago.

If I'm not mistaken, the season pass covers 5 DLCs right? I do not see them making 4 more. It is not in the cards at this point.

People, try to uninstall the pach and then reinstall again. It worked the first time i did it.

on NA ps3 they have the msg in login saying you cant buy it since its still not working. and yes its actually day 3, my mistake.

I'm not sure they'll offer refunds for DLC's which are just buggy the first few days (that's not THAT uncommon).

But if they end up not offering 5 DLC's like what was advertised, that certainly justifies a refund.

I did the delete then reinstall thing still stuck in the endless download loop, So now what other option do you have for us 1%ers with this problem. at this point i would love to switch places with anyone who can get in.

I can get in and play the game as of yesterday night. I havent been on at all today. Did a Volge seige or two. But that was it until I timed out.

count yourself lucky i havent been in at all since the dlc dropped the entire 3 days everytime i try to download it it keeps resetting over n over n over with no error message . just at any random time during the download it keeps resetting to the beginning and no its not my isp it has been check by my isp when i called them.
