    Also bought on G2Play and got the "Error on patching bla" Message. Just contacted them... hope I get my right key tomorrow. First time ever something like that happened at G2Play. And I nearly bought 70 Games there. :(

    Yup subbing to the Defiance Newsletter fixed my problem.. (Digital Deluxe Version from the Trion Store)

    this problem is in their support section and says that it is probably caused because trion just hasnt applied your game voucher yet, there was a list of steps to do to fix it but i forget

    seems someone at trion didn't press the correct buttons with my pre-orer from them as i get the "account not entitled to play" error. In a FAQ on their support page it says all pre-orders from them will have the code applied automaticly.. Anyone else with a trion pre-order have this problem?

    sorry, has nothing to do with trion atm... it is g2play who has handed out the wrong codes...

    some of us got the game code but are missing the pre-order bonus codes while others are missing the game code but have the pre-order bonus code.

    trust me...
