just got ahold of live chat. said that it is still an ongoing issue and according to the one i talk to the patch wasnt suppose to fix that problem. and that there was a mis communication problem going on about it

You: ok however the servers where brought down an hour ago to fix the issue
GM Fasti: The down time was for a different issue. We are still hoping to have a fix for the DLC soon.

Hey guys,
We will be bringing down the NA servers (PC, PS3, and Xbox 360) for a one hour maintenance at 10 AM PDT tomorrow, 8/23/13. This maintenance aims to fix issues for players who purchased the Season Pass or DLC before release and did not get their items.
Please note this is only for the North American servers. This update does not fix the NA PS3 DLC purchase problem. We are continuing to resolve that issue.
We'll let you know when the servers are back online!

I don't have anything to claim in my store either. Why did they even bother to bring down the server for 2 hours if nothing got fixed?
Like the rest of you, nothing in my claims either. My frustration level is rising. I paid for the content, I expect to have that content. This is pathetic.....
