I doubt anyone is REALLY happy with Trion. However, now that I know their office is less than half an hour away...I might just take my gripe to their front door. Literally.
I had to say that after reading this old thread that very little has changed in several months time. A lot of features are still broken, a lot of features that are broken - tend to be ignored. In the past 2 months I have seen old bugs pop up that I have never encountered before, such as mastery reset broken, pursuits not checking off, the inability to send clan invites, inability to promote in clan to name a few.
Submitting tickets can also be a mixed bag. Whether these get fixed or cause even more issues is a flip of the coin. Submitting a ticket for a pursuit not checking off, resulted in all of my purple/orange grenades being reset to whites. Submitting tickets on item mastery not working, resulted in my inventory being completely emptied. Any clan issues submitted, had generic responses stating it would be resolved shortly, and closed. however, no changes or fixes were ever made regarding broken clan features. The random kick from your vehicle as your driving down the road, or the weapons that have a 5 round clip that forces you to reload after only firing 3.
Simply put, even months later and several patches - the game still retains a lot of its original bugs. It's sad to read a thread this old, and to find the same issues still being encountered today.
it took them three days to sort out my DLC, it got resolved today I don't know what they did to my account on my side the icon showed on the map finally. It was showing the launching the cure. then when it was fixed, that went away and it showed correctly "new discoveries."
Lots of disconnects today across the US today
Alll arenas are co-op even if you haven't beat them yet. Just group with somebody.
yeess clan logs are bugged down somehow it wasnt like this i also have same already existing clan members showing up like they just joined clan
