Someone needs to fix this game. The rifle on the secondary weapons doesn't work at all. I tried to switch from primary pistols to secondary rifles and it doesn't take. Whats' going on!!! Someone needs to fix these problems on this game. The secondary loadouts for the rifle still isn't working. Online gaming never really works out the way it supposed to.

i am not sure what your problem is but it seems to me you are a bit confused... or is that me.
Loadouts and secondary weapon are not the same thing. Every loadout has a primary and secondary weapon. to switch between those just use the button assigned (ps3 its the triangle button).
Now loadouts are different settings of your toon that u can save and quickly load. It means u can set specific primary and secondary weapon etc and different perks for every loadout. To change loadouts u have to go your EGO menu and switch there.
