NDA - Do not post video/content from Alpha

Though I know it's probably a bug, but I wasn't shown any NDA when I signed up, just a generic TOS that didn't really cover the beta phase. Of course common sense dictates what you shouldn't post, and I know from the forums that there is an NDA, but I was never shown one during account creation. I know it was the same for a couple of my friends too. Not that ignorance is an excuse though, and I've found it now on the forum of course :)

As I say, I'm sure common sense will cover most of it, but there are some things that differ from game to game, like some allow you to say you've played it, but not what it was like. Not that I'd have anything bad to say anyway.

What about sounds of the game?

As a rule of thumb NDA prohibits the PUBLISHING of any material related to the IP until said NDA is lifted.
Once its lifted, you can create comparisons of old to new, show your characters to other people and anything related to the IP but profiting from it (cause Copyright).
Source? I've been beta testing quite a few games in my time. (I'd be happy if a community manager would take their time to confirm or correct me.)

There's a lot of that (NDA breaching) going on. Rather annoying. This forum has almost a full page of threads discussing bugs and such when they should be in the beta forums. :\

I also don't remember noticing any, but also agree that it's prolly common sense. Is common sense legal binding? lol

pre-order dont get you into alpha, only luck and being helpful does.

next beta is not even announced yet so they wont be giving out the invites. you should of how ever been given a code to enter to your trion account?
