I've rebooted my xb live and restarted the game. I checked the forums first to see if there was a message about servers being down. But I can't get in. Keeps giving me a Critical Server not available message. Anyone else?

having issues here also, and it wants me to create a new character. looks like I lost my character at this point.....NOT happy.
Yeah same here got kick and now cant get back in. Inferno just restart the game and it should fix it, that happened to me too.Quote:

Yeah, I got a "create a new character" screen too. Figured it will be back when the servers get back...I hope.

I am also getting the critical message about the service not being available. Tried completely rebooting the game and didn't have any effect. Anyone else? Ideas?

I always restart the game when I end up in a crashfest, It normally fixes issues, except when the server actually crashes.
Diddo. I cant get my game to stay on very long here too recently, but today is the first time I cant get the game to reconnect. I haven't lost my character from what I can tell though.
I really hope we aren't going back to connectivity issues again!
I just got back in. I force closed the game and ended the process this time through the task manager. That seemed to do the trick.
Edit: I had lost my character also at one point trying to log in. But the next time it came back. That's definitely just a issue related to the server going down repeatedly right now.
Edit 2: Just went down again. So it's definitely not on our end.
At least my character is not lost. That part of the server is back up and running.
