Are the EU servers up for everyone now? its past 5:01am

Can't get on myself

Love how i've been trying since 1am and the time it says that the server should be up i still cant get online.

i been try for the past 5 hrs and it a joke right i hav re patch 20 time now and still the same stuff

Still does say 8 am though

8 am edt time which is 5 am uk time

if it doesnt go up at 6am its a pretty safe bet it will be 8

i just give up service not available still
