A friend is hunting for an orange regen shield, 4000 ego or less is preferred but will still look at higher ones. A tachyon or a rhino would be best. Post of PM me any stats.

Recharge/sec: 10%
Recharge delay: 6.
FRC Incubator (Ego 3530)
Outlaw synergy. Mastery unknown.
X1.10 mag. 15% grenade recharge on kill. X1.25 mag.
Melee: radiation.
I have a respark regen ego 1515, 25% regen, fire res, cap 1109 i belive, and 2.7 rec delay
