I bought Defiance a few days ago. Preordered, I submitted my code to the website, and now when i log in it gives an error ''Acount accepted but not entitled to play defiance'' someone help me please! i want to play it!

I have too this problem!

What i have as answer from support is change your old code, and make a new.
that should reset everything.

done that but still same message.

I got the same answer, but i got my code applied, transaction history ,etc (like my former post)

if you have install beta defiance game..try delete beta game from pc before

Let's see here, how old are u guys? Because the game has a age requirment. Or maybe its something else...

Yeah it's not working for me either but I"m not even sure what it means by Authenticator Code

I looked at some other forum posts and apparently it is just a server problem that is not allowing people to play the game because they are in the back of the line to get into the server so most of the forum posts said to wait it up because their servers are being hammered
