all of mine i just make with photoshop....there not hard to do
I tried to do one in photoshop but it got on my nerves so i stopped and looked for a sigmaker, found one and made one, it'll do for now.
There's a few people on the forums who will do them for you for scrip...

I am an complete imbecille when it comes to photoshop.
press new then set your pixels to 705 wide by 205 tall then you can open any pictures you want to use and then you can drag and drop them on to the new canvas....then use the text tool to add any writing you might want and BAM! brand new sig lol
I almost always go with a 450 x 150 sized canvas, just so it's within the dimensions that are sometimes set by certain forums around the 'net.
705x205 is the size restriction for here so thats why i put it up
