Yep, that is what I am getting on my Xbox as well. Seems to be the issue with quite a few people.

It's crap cause PC can log in and play.. "NERD RAGE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just did the usual turn it off and on again, now it gives me the user agreement again and goes to patch.
