YES this is annoying because i have arkfall and preorder stuff i need to redeem. ughh
Follow the instructions ingame to link your account on the website, then check your Items in the ingame Shop, its at the bottom left.
done that the link my console buttom dont work

that link from my ego worked for me. originally I was trying to link from the trion worlds website where I was on the beta.
