Hi there,
I have only discovered Defiance in the last week or so and I am already addicted! I am a real gamer novice and even had to "google" what an MMO was, :rolleyes: but I am a Sci Fi junky and am therefore lured to the game via the TV Show. I think the very concept of the game and TV show in tandem is so innovative, exciting and revolutionary and feel it is something that is worth being in from the start. The more I read about gaming, gamers, shooters & MMOs the more I think it could be a bit of a dog eat dog scenario in the game, :eek: but I'm hoping some more experienced gamers will take pity on this novice and help me get up to speed :D If enthusiasm can compete with experience then I stand a chance of survival. I will be playing on PC.

Can't wait for the launch, particularly of the TV Show and intend to spend the time until April learning as much as I can about Defiance & Paradise City (would love to learn Castithan) and am embarrassed to say I have even created a whole new alter ego ready to play! Bring it on!!

I used to be a huge MMO person back when I was in college. I used to play Cabal, Ragnarok, MU, Global Agenda, Diablo Series alot. I stick mostly to RPGs and shooters now on console, primarily Playstation 3. My big titles right now are Medal of Honor: Warfighter and a dash of Diablo III here and there. If im not infront of my Playstation 3, im usually browsing the forums or doing some creative writing.

Im a staff member for Medal of Honor: Headquarters (MOHHQ.com) as well as Medal of Honor: Warfighter Battlelog (Battlelog.com). I love being a part of a close, tight knit Community because I feel as though Community is where the heart is. Without Community you've got nothing else. I had the awesome chance to meet Daniel Chin (TriggHappy) in person this last September, hes a great guy and certainly loves his Communities. Hoping to get a chance to meet and discuss games with you all in the future.

Hey my name is Daniel but on PS3 I'm known as Smurfy504 and Deimos Eros. Been playing video games since the orginal Nintendo...lol. I only play games that have online multiplayer, with the exception of God of War series. Uncharted 2 and 3 is my favorite shooter and DC Universe Online is my first MMO. Very happy someone finally came up with a way to combine my 2 favorite games. It was difficult to get my friends to cross over from Uncharted to Dc Universe and vice versa. Since I started to tell them about this game they all seem excited. So looking forward to killing some of you soon on Defiance..lol

I cut my teeth on WoW as my first MMO in 2006 since than I have played everything right up to GW2. Have been in many Beta test and I am really looking to play this one. Have been in Hard core raiding guilds and just small friend guilds.

I am a sci fi fan since I remember being people.

I am a MMO player since 2004, played a lot of them. From WoW to swtor passing tru games like SWG, WAR, GW1/2 and Tabula Rasa and others.

Currently have active subscriptions in Rift Storme Legion and Star Wars the old Republic.

I am looking forword for this game and for the tv show, as Trion made one of my favorite games (rift) and SyFy made some of my favorite tv shows of all time (Eureka, Battlestar Galactica, warehouse 13, Sanctuary...)
I have hi hopes.

Hi i am new and really curious about both the show and the game I played a lot of mmos a lot of really lame f2p ones in the past currently I am addicted to Guild Wars 2 but i am trying to not burn out on it so I am trying to pace myself with it... I really hope they reveal all the Voltan races soon

Hello I am Suun-Bra'Kur call me Souni -character name in game. I am 47 and just 1 year into playing MMOs which I am liking more and more. I am currently playing EvE Online and Dust514 (Beta) which I enjoy and looking forward to add in Defiance soon. More about RL currently student; Biomedical Engineering Tech At Veteran Administration Medical Center currently living in the NW area of the States.

I use PC and PS3 as my platform (prefer PC)

I am very much looking towards the success of Defiance and its method of game play + episodes. I love science fiction!
