Can someone give me a basic rundown on how to use photoshop?

Reaper whats the size of your sig? and if i have a picture how do i cut it down to that size without messing the picture up?

Cr33p is correct on the size and to resize without distortion press Ctrl+T to start free transform and hold Shift as you resize to keep the aspect ratio just let the canvas crop it for you as anything not in the box wont show when you save it.....and when you do save use the "save for web" save and set it to JPEG and 100% quality or "Highest" that way the file size will be small
