Where do I claim my pre-order rewards?
When I go into the Defiance Store and click on "Claim Items" it shows me the rewards for filling in the 120 Ark Hunter codes, but not my pre-order stuff.

When I go into the Defiance Store and click on "Claim Items" it shows me the rewards for filling in the 120 Ark Hunter codes, but not my pre-order stuff.
You have to add the cdkeys to your trionworlds account. If you have done this, some vendors are having issues at the moment. Not with the keys themselves but im guessing everyone at once trying to get that xp boost, etc for preorder. It's a known issue, im guessing it will be sorted soon.
I've entered the code I got into trionworlds, thats how I got my game unlocked to be able to play in the first place.

well most vendors only gave oen code it seems.
And really WTF trion.... almost 6 hours since launch when the problems were first reported and not a single reply or post or tweet - its like they literally say " we dont care, shut up".
I'd like to think they are trying to fix it. It's not as easy as flipping a switch. Remember alot of money rides on what the preorders will tell their friends in the next 48 hours.Quote:

Yeah, I only got 1 code, I bought from getgamesgo.com, one of the digital retailers they had on their site.
It's marked as "Defiance PO" on my invoice too, and that's the code I entered.
Well I know, first day and all, so not everything works yet, so I'm patient. I'm sure they fix it eventually, I was just wondering if I was looking in the wrong place maybe.
