Convert gun firing in bursts to full-auto ?

Is there a way to convert Assaul rifle, LMG etc. that are by default set to burst fire into full auto ?

I have and saw some rifles/MGs that have great damage, but all fire in burst. (Or worse, in single hots.)
Is that some kind of disadvantage to weight the advantage of high damage ? (But if its a con then I dont understand why anybody would buy a Burst magazine upgrade)

It surely is a con for me, since I just cant use the burst guns. Super annoying.

Don't know if it's possible with ARs/LMGs. But it is possible to convert burst fire infectors to full auto with a burts fire mag.

Wait, you mean if you put one of those three round burst mags on an injector that already fires three round burst, it makes it full auto? That would have to be the most unintuitive feature I've ever heard of.

I have never seen a burst fire mod for infectors.

They were nerfed, don't exist anymore, they were turned into the x1.10 fire rate, and they don't make burst infectors full auto anymore.
