I really need help with the install!

    I really need help with the install!
    So i bought the game on steam, i have the client and when i got to sign it says "This Account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE" How do i fix this? Do i enter my cd keys anywhere, please help!? Thanks :)

    You need to log into trionworlds.com and place both of your keys in there.

    Can I get a hand? I also bought the game from Steam and I tried putting my codes into trionworlds.com but only my 2 pre-order codes work. When I try and login via the launcher it just says that I logged in fine but I'm not allowed to play the game. Also if I try and login with my Authenticator code it just comes up saying wrong email or password.

    I've tried resetting my password 3 times already with no luck.

    You need to make sure that your codes entered says standard, deluxe, etc. If it only says Pre-Order then you didn't put the retail key in it. You'll need to double check in your account info.

    Well I put both of my pre-order codes in and they worked fine but when I put in the actual game code it says "We're sorry, but the voucher is either expired or has already been used."

    No, I mean below the code input. Try looking in transaction history. Does it say pre-order? Standard?
