Erm... That's just as likely to have the reverse effect.

You'll get small groups of people that want to hurry up and finish the siege before the "pile-ons" get there and cause the enemies to scale up while they're spending most of the time dead on the floor doing nothing.

Fot starters getting past wave 10 for the pursuit, and perhaps finding a few people to play with regularly, provided you don't always come off as a "the whole world revolves around ME and only ME" type.

I got the stage 10 pursuit on one I started. Was in the bath house doing a mission when the Volge decided to drop in. If people who turn up pull their weight should get to stage 10 easily.

No the world doesn't revolve around me, but that isn't a good reason to not start it off if I'm nearby. Waiting for others just means less points in early rounds.

Why should I disadvantage myself? Give me a good reason...

    Meh..
    You payed for your game.
    Play however you want.
I like the chaos and unpredictability of so many people doing things the way they want.
I like sometimes not being able to see because of launchers and BMGs.
Cant say I care much for the green power waster trolls but hey...
    whatever blows your hair back.

I agree. Yes, people have annoyed me, but people have saved my *** too. Guess if you're gonna play multiplayer game you should play well with others.

Better yet, stop trying to score once you've secured your 20k reward. I switch loadouts to level weapons once I hit that, but I'll see people keep trying to increase their score for no reason.

Annoying, but thats the state of these forums.

It's like you're inside my head man....

Been doin this with Infectors (I HATE Infectors but I straight-up earned that "commando" title) but hard to resist trying for high score.

Pretty much this, I can knock out waves 1-4 almost as fast as it would take with other people there.
Also, like arkfalls, siege timers start when the sieges spawn, NOT when people join them. It is entirely possible for a siege to expire without a single person having fired a single round.

There are a lot of casual players out there, I always went in looking for stuff that move to kill shtako. Coordinating this or getting rules around is quite hard when nobody reads chat. But next time I'll try to open chat to see if somebody is rallying, just in case. Good thing I read forum :)

Same for Arkfalls. Look around and waiting for people to kill shtako? Really? No, you get there first, you do DPS so you get a higher chance to be on the top list of the scoreboard.

This game pretty much encourages me, myself and I playstyle, for PVE I never teamed up, unless it was for specific pursuits, and even then I only teamed with clan.
