I've been MIA as far as Defiance for quite some time now (since about 4 weeks after launch), and am wondering if they've improved features in the game or not. For instance, is the connection stable now? Are there new elements to the game? Is this more balanced and MMO-esque than it was initially?
The main question I have is:Is it worth it to play this game again?
Your question is kind of broad. So in general response to your question - Not much changed, it is basically the same overall. Is it worth to play this game again? I'm not sure how to respond to that. If you already have the game, why not.
I like the simplicity of this game. This game is like a nicotine patch, everyday I feel really good about quitting. Thank goodness it's not an mmo, I would've been on for hours a day.
Depends what platform you on I say as well. Volge is new and can be fun. Just boils down do you like this game? Same old same old with the game. Servers were going crazy bad but I did few things on my end and now not sure if it what I did or on Trion end that making it run so smooth. Co-op still same levels nothing new to them or difficultly changed to them or within game. Players waiting on DLC 2 with hope of something new to spice up this game some.
PLAYING THE WAITING GAME ON PATCHES/DLC
I haven't been playing in months and wanted to know the same thing as the OP. I am currently playing FFXIV (which is awesome by the way) and thinking of coming back to Defiance so that the season pass I bought does not go to waste.
Same question as the OP. I stopped playing a month after release or so. Are the instances fixed now? Can we queue up for them without it bugging out all the time? Can those pursuits be done there? One of the most interesting thing was the main story quest; I liked that one, did they carry on the quest line?
Another question I had is, did they carry on the episode missions? At the time the UI was a horrible UI port as well, is there at least a zone chat channel now? :P
