Just set it to launch the defiance launcher after i configure settings? im not seeing any change

Muffin read page three if everything is set up right it should run automatically with the game you can toggle it on and off with Scroll lock. You launch the game normally it engages with whatever games directory its in. you should know right away if its working the difference in detail will be noticeable.. I'll be on later today its 12:35 AM here. See if page three can help.

no go:( tried splitscreen mode just to make sure, there was no effect, so its definately not working, tho its set up correctly

game launches ok right? are you using the settings preset that came with it or did you dl one from the database? and did you rename it and overwrite the old default settings in the live folder where all the files for sweetfx need to be?

Try that preset and do the rename and overwrite see if it works then.

game launches with no issue, uac disabled, windows 8 x64 using my own preset configured through the configurator gui

If the configurator is giving you issues try the direct drop method on page three. might help too.
