Ok so i was all the way level 13 and the next thing i know it says im level 1?!?!?? and when i entered a new code it says something like unable to send transmission?!?! HELP PLEASE.... :confused:

My only guess is you need to log in as your ark hunter. It doesn't always automatically log you in.
Keep reloading/relogging in. The site is pretty finicky.
Yeah, it's buggy. The same thing happened to me. I logged into the game to see if I got my credit for what I entered (which I did) then I relogged into the site and it was updated.
