Arkfalls not easy to find at all.

Even though the map shows a red circle indicating where more or less the arkfall is just travelling to the center of the circle won't get you there, the arkfall can be anywhere within the red circled area and is lot of ground to cover. is there an easier way to locate them.

You should see smaller red circles within the larger red circle. If you get to one of these smaller red circles and there aren't any enemies, you arrived a tad too late and the arkfall has already ended.

Exactly. ALWAYS drive to the small red circles on your map, even the ones in the big circle. THe BIG circle just means all the arkfalls in it lead up to a boss fight (major arkfall). The little ones that are NOT in a big circle are just minor arkfalls.

Follow the red arkfall directional indicator (looks like a stylized flame,) that shows up on your screen.
You simply keep driving straight towards the red indicator until you run right into the arkfall.

Just set a way point on the map and follow the purple marker.

Aren't the arkfalls marked with the big red flame icon? That's how I always find them.

They do as long as you are less than 1000 meters from them.
