If I had a nickel for every time someone (often NOT a new player) activates the freaking spike while the Monolith is nowhere to be seen, why I'd have enough money to start up the US government. Guys, if you're that afraid of the Dark Matter ground troops, I recommend hiding behind someone like me who will protect you. Or, learn how to use your weapons, maybe? It's getting past the point of laughing at the foolishness. It's just pointless and a waste. Come on, the ground troops aren't scary lol
Oh, I know this feel. You have no idea what Ive seen. Players will always waste them. And their is no amount of effort they wont put forth to do just that.
The US Gubment would get a good stim boost if they legalized cannabis recreationally on a national level. Although they better hurry up before the world loses confidence and changes the global currency to another denomination.Quote:

When you do WM people are always being very aggressive in the chat when someone breaks it free to early, fail to extract when they fall or use bad weapons, but I've never seen anything mentioned in the chat when doing the Mechanized Hunter.
They are used to boost your damage, damage resistance and movement speed. Use them as needed. If there are several dozens of players then there isn't really a need to use them to take out the Dark Matter troopers because their numbers and health don't scale high enough for them to present a challenge to the group as a whole at any point at the Mechanized Hunter Arkfall. If there are 2 dozen players or less then using them to dispense with the troopers is part of the strategy.
The worst is a certain type of player (a better term would be auto-censored here despite it being an M-rated game) that runs around activating all of them a fast as possible so no one gets the boost.
These are the same jerks who drive the Cerebus off a cliff in Explosions 101 so no one can level it up.

ive never been a fan of the monolith ark.
because on WM, every single player matters for victory, but in case of MHU (and every other major arkfall boss) you can single-handedly solo them. so even if 22 out of 24 players at major bosses would be total a**holes, you still would win.Quote:
