It's nice to come up with ways to pay back those of us who DID purchase boxes and bonus perks that couldn't be used due to not being able to log in; however, no matter how long you extend the bonus perks, I STILL can't log in, so the extensions are STILL worthless. They sound nice, but the reason I'm posting more than usual is because I cannot log in...STILL.
Gotta tell ya, "Patch Error" is getting incredibly annoying. I'm about ready to start looking for a new game to spend my time in. The money I've spent here certainly isn't appearing to be appreciated. You can apologize and promise extensions to bonuses all day long, but these posts are beginning to ring of another very famous but useless website roll-out.
I guess this is about all I can do right now is complain. I certainly STILL can't log in to the game. I really dislike being an in-your-face poster, but this is hugely frustrating, and you guys are risking having no one left who wants to play if this kind of stuff continues. I've never personally seen this many crashes, wasted time, repeated excuses and apologies in any online game I've ever played. The sad thing is that this game is fun, it has significant potential, and you have the opportunity to have a hugely popular game site...but, you'll never have that if this stuff continues.
I apologize in advance for the complaints, but I believe that I deserve the time to vent my frustrations. I just hope that I'm the only one becoming so frustrated with this. If not, it doesn't look hopeful.
