How much time apart were they
I saw the EL trader on PS3 EU at iron demon this morning, about 9am. Haven't seen him since though.

They had better increase his pop rate during the livestream, coming up on 5 hours and no sightings of him on NA PS3.
I haven't seen it, and anyone I have spoken to haven't seen it either. It's not just you...

At multiple vendors now I'm my PC-NA phase.. Shondus, Bug n Chug, Coit are the ones I've checked

I was able to catch the vender at Bug n Chug. Does he always have the same items? If so I can stop chasing him.
I just went to all the fast travel vendors and he was at all of them
PC EU at shondu right now
if you hover over the white merchant icon it says "extra life merchant" so you can check before you fast travel.
He was at iron demon from 4pm till 4.30pm.
I think it came up for half an hour (at most fast travel locations, with the same items at each) when the live stream started.
The Extra Life Vendors went up on PS3 NA about 12:00pm EST.
They showed up at Earth Republic, Iron Demon Ranch, Bloodbath, Shondu's Consolate, Headlands Transit, Top-Notch, Bug 'n' Chug, Coit Tower and Overpass. All at the same time.
They show up on the map when hovering over the vendor icon at fast travel locations. Compared nanos with Kaiselius a little. I'm at 5k and had fire, they all had fire. Kaiselius had syphon. Before they had syphon for me, still at 5k so idk. Maybe the vendor cycles nanos.
And at 12:30pm EST the vendor has dashed off into the sunset... So vendors stay up for 30 mins. Attached is a cell pic of how it looks when looking at the map. Sorry for the quality, the Elgato's connected to the One Piece PS3 (Defiance not installed etc, etc...) and I ain't got time fo' all dat...

after the vendor appeared (about 15 minutes ago) I went from place to place
and he was at Each Location but sadly selling the Same Stuff.
my ego is 4295 and everything was Syphon. (except the BMG's and bug guns)

If you would like to buy MORE THEN ONE OF THE SAME GUN
sell the 1st you buy to a regular vendor then buy another and buy the old one back from the store.
this worked for me as I have TWO of the EL Thunders.

until you sell enough items to scroll them away I'd guess.
all I did was sell the thunder to the vendor NEXT to the xtra life vendor then bought another and
bought the old one back and it worked for me. game is just filled with oddities lol.

I think if it's holding 10 items and you sell one, then the oldest one is deleted. I'll often buy back ones I have a little interest in and then sell them again to keep them fresh.Quote:

On another char, the vendor items were all fire again. EGO 1256. Except the pistol, which was bio. No syphon. Kinda wanted some of those in syphon. Goes with the whole Lifesteal theme. Just sayin'

Idk some of those weapons are really good. The sniper rifle is pretty decent. The crash boomer in there does more damage than oranges. The Rocket Launcher as well. It's not a lot of the mainstream stuff but they're pretty solid.
