I keep spending alot of scrip on resurrecting myself because mt shields keep depleting easily...and it does not regen fast.all im asking for is shields with higher capacity and higher regen rate.even my purple shield isnt as good as my green shield.

Shields aren't meant for you to be able to stand still in the open and shrug off all incoming fire. Dodge, use cover, avoid fire as much as possible. There's an environment with trees, rocks, vehicles, concrete and steel barricades, etc for a reason. Also, use shields that compliment your playstyle and abilities.
The reason someone is asking about your EGO level is that shield capacities increases slightly the higher EGO level the shield.
For survivability do as Steel Fire suggests, some other tips:
Equip the Blur or Cloak power to help in emergency escapes. When Cloak is activated it immediately starts charging your shield, regardless of shield delay.
There are also defensive perks that help you live longer such extra hp, rear guard, constant hp regen, etc.. Look at the PVP guides out there for for some tips on cloak builds.
Also almost all missions can be done with friends and are a lot more fun that way. Having friends there to cover you and play with makes the game more fun.
At lower ego levels Cloak can be your best friend (if you are unable to dodge effectively)Quote:

you want a respark regen. The recharge rate is great and the Regen portion of the shield only works when the shield is fully charged, so the faster you get your shield charged, the faster you start regenerating your HP.
As always- play style and perk loadout will influence your shield decision but from my 3000 EGO perspective, Respark Regen is the way to go for PvE. PVP is a different story. I stick with my IronClad for that.
