    Trion dev pls read this !!!
    I would like to know if i can get my money back for the season pass ?
    I do not believe that you will deliver on your digital contract of the season pass( 5 dlcs in 1 year).
    Further more, i don't believe this game will even have enough players to keep it running.
    Charge me for the buying the first dlc , but reimburse me for the difference of the season pass.
    No disrespect, i've stuck with you from the beginning, but i can't ignore the lac of players playing the game, and using the fourms. It is clearly dying. I realize you have ben trying lately. If only you would have dun it right from the start you wouldn't have lost 99% of the players. Pls do the right thing for me, and players like me and reimburse us for the 4 dlcs we haven't got yet,probably wont get, and won't be able to use even if we do. (Do the right thing):(

    I suggest you make your request for any kind of refund by filing a support ticket. This isn't a proper venue for requesting a refund.

    OK, let me see if i get this. YOU want Trion to reimburse YOU for the money YOU spent for the season pass? The season pass that you......YOU decided to buy. No gun was placed at your head to force YOU to buy this DLC. No one coerced YOU to get online or go to the store to purchase said DLC. This was your......let me emphasis that word...YOUR decision. And because YOU do not believe that Trion will come thru with said DLC, then that obligates them to give your money back? And because YOU know this game is dying, and everyone is leaving in droves, this means that YOU deserve your money back? Did I miss the point?

    Let me ask you a question: Where did you buy your crack at this moring?

    I bought it from you apparently. And if thay dont deliver or keep the game running long enough to put out all 5 dlc its the same thing as steeling my money. So shut your mouth fanboy. And no one put a gun to my head , but i ded enter into a digital contract when i gave them my money. Which thay are not delivering on.

    They have until the end of Dec 2014 to meet their contractual obligation, until they fail you have no grounds to ask for a refund.

    Why is everyone so negative all the time on anything? If the man is trying to get his money back let him be, its sad this is are gaming community. Nothing ever positive ever come out of most peoples mouths geeeez grow up.

    When i bought the game i bought the season pass same time.
    It said 5 dlc in 1 year .i bought both 2 weeks after launch. And sense i didn't buy the game and pass in december of 2013 lol it would be hard for you to be right. You are wrong i am right. Every other game you have all season pass content 1 year from game launch..... COD. HALO. BORDER LANDS...AND ON AND ON. IN SHORT YOUR ALL IDIOTS. EXCEPT TAG

    Read the end user licence agreement for this game and you will see how long they have.
    If you do not read it, you won't know.
    The devs can not give you a refund.

    Does it not tell you before purchasing that season passes or dlc content is non refundable? I'm sure it does. Or I might of imagined it.

    Yep you can get your money back, contact sony psn and they will refund you. Ive had over 30 freinds do it already. (Only if your on ps3) im not sure how it works on xbox and pc

    Now that is the funnest thing I have heard all month, you say everyone is one. EXCEPT TAG, Who is a Known Defiance Exploiter that was Banned 24hrs from Defiance and had all his script taken by Trion because of his misuse of the game.

    As Deunan mentioned in the second post in this thread - this is not the place for you to ask for a refund. So in that light, expect to get flamed. There are many resources for you to use to get a refund of your money. A gaming forum has never been one of them. But as others also mentioned, you may be up the creek without a paddle so to speak. Next time you purchase something, be sure to read the fine print.

    That being said, can you provide a link to the resources you used to determine that the game is dying and that 99% of the players have left the game? Because in all honesty, anecdotally speaking, that has been far from my experience. Yes, there has been a decline in players, but hardly enough to warrant such asinine hyperbole. Please provide proof of such statements prior to shooting your mouth off, otherwise you only make yourself look like, well, I let others fill in the rest.

    Do you REALLY believe this is just an honest mistake? Threads like this are never, ever about getting a refund. And the wording (so to speak..) of the post makes it clear enough :)

    Out of curiosity, do you know if they were all PS3 players or were they also PC and/or Xbox? Another post advised to contact Sony for a refund for the PS3 version so it's not necessarily Trion reimbursing the money, or reimbursing it willingly. Sony could be either eating it or using its position to leverage the refunds for PS3 players. PS3 players also have quasi unique stability issues with the game so there's a separate issue about whether Trion Worlds even delivered an executable version of the game at all. I can't speak to the Xbox experience but PC players have no such claim.
