I cannot log into the game, I get stuck on login screen.

It has been months since I last played Defiance, and I wanted to try it out once again.
But I cannot log in.
All I get is this screen here, no matter how often I try to reconnect: http://i.imgur.com/6tXclXk.jpg

I obviously have an internet connection, the game was updated & patched before I tried to login for the first time a few days ago, and I get this message every day since a week I have been trying to get into the game.

What on earth seems to be the problem here? I pre-purchased the game, I have the full DLC pack, and I cannot play this.

I know you may have heard this but if you would go ahead and submit a support ticket. There are several reason for a critical patch error and without getting more information on your system, I wouldn't be much help. That is where are Tech GM's come in handy.
