So I issued a ticket via the support page in-game.
My cerebus skill is now at level 8, but the game failed to notice that (look under Season One > Vehicles > Cerebuses > "reach skill level 5 in cerebuses")
I did this one month to the day.. Nothing.
Even the date of the issue is wrong.. (I keep a personal diary)
What is happening TRION?

i had the same issue and submitted a ingame ticket too, it was resolved after 3 days or so... if you wait a month try submit a new one i guess
lol. I have tickets put in repeatedly... all of which are closed with no resolution. How much more broke can you get than a legendary with only 2 rolls?Quote:

I submitted a ticket ingame a week ago about missing items. No response yet. However, I filed it under missing scrip because there was no 'missing items' as an option, and maybe they're skipping it if they think its related to the Life Vendor Xploit punishments? It's not though. I bought 6 guns at a faction vendor back-to-back to complete a Reputation pursuit, but only got only 1 in my inventory :(
I guess I should have bought them 1 at a time :(
I want those guns though so I can sell 'em and recoup some scrip

They don't seem to pay attention to the in-game ones. I submitted one for the volge violence pursuit glitch. Waited a week, no response. Submitted one via their webpage, got a reply two days later.
Ditto for the "no charge weapon sampler" glitch back when the dlc came out.
