Returning to Defiance.

While I've been reading through the forums about what changes have been happened and while it seems not too much has changed. I'm ok with it. The reason I left was because I got bored with the same old same old. Since I am a season pass holder the DLC is coming to me so I actually took an interest. I like new arkfalls are slated to work out. (I haven't seen anything about how the tests are going on it but I'm still curious)
Since With that in mind what are the differences between paid / non paid in this DLC. I understand its not going to be that drastic but I'm curious.
Any thoughts on the new stuff? I'm not looking for this to be whats going to be wrong with it. Just what is supposed to come.

On this very site, they detail what's to come in the DLC.

Since you are a season pass person, I don't understand why you'd want to know what the people who aren't getting the DLC are missing out on. It's their loss. They won't get to play with the new weapons, but I heard they'll be able to do the new ark instances.

You should probably read up in the alpha server section of the forum if you want to know impressions on the new DLC.

I ask about what people are not getting because I have 5 people that played and 3 of them enjoy it enough to at least give the free content a shot. So to be nice to my friends besides that I'm curious.

Your friends too lazy to look up info themselves? I'm sure someone who cares more than I do will get around to answering you.

I hope that you aren't the example of the player base left in defiance.

3. Read where it says something like "Free for all players"

Games with smaller player bases (i.e. bombs) often have a bitter and twisted core of devotees who snap at even perfectly innocent questions like yours. I think they become overly defensive as a result of all the (justified) negative feedback / ranting about their game.

My experience in the game was pretty positive though. The one time I needed help - an unsoloable story mission - it wasn't hard to find.

I really don't care how jaded people no bloody point to bash people who ask a simple question. Dont like my view on it. Suck it. I have owned the game since the day after the show aired. Cause I still enjoy the game despite the problems are. I came back.
