Reverse no longer works

Hey guys.... I am having an issue on all of my characters and vehicles. I can no longer go in reverse in any type of vehicle. I checked controls / vehicle and there used to be "throttle, Steer left, Steer right, and Reverse (S key). Now there is no longer a "reverse" to bind a key to. So if I head on something and stop I have to get out of my vehicle and re-spawn in order to keep going. Any ideas?

I have 'S' keyed to 'Brake', and mine goes 'The Backwards' when it's asked to.

Give that a whirl?

ETA: Boost and Hand Brake are on my mouse, but I have no clue what system you run, so disregard as needed.

My reverse works fine Nine, perhaps check your settings or do some remapping? As crasher said I do not know what system you actually on, he and I are on NA/PC.

Ok cool, check your mappings as well. It sounds local to your client for some reason. mostly because everyone else I play with has had no issues. Which doesn't mean you are not having issues, just trying to help narrow it down for you.

While I do admit I am not the best driver in this game “just ask any of my clan” I have noticed that the runners and rollers are not responding normally. I am on the PS3 and most of the corners I come to that were always easy as hell to turn at full speed I now go flying off the road. It is like the rollers are not responding to the controllers. I am going to issue a bug report but wanted to make sure it was not just me. I see now it is not.

ok, I re-mapped brake to "S" and Im moving backwards again. Ty all very much for your help.

I noticed the turn radius thing this morning too. I was driving along the coast in Sausalito and took a turn onto a bridge that I've taken a hundred times before, only to find myself flying through the air and into the water. Respawned and tried again and found I had to slow considerably to stay on the road through that section. What did they do in this update that required them to screw around with the vehicle physics?

My fiance and I both play on PS3..my reverse works fine and his doesn't work at all on any of his vehicles.
