Not unless you consider seeing the "servers are shutting down in 30 minutes" message to be the same problem.
I on PS3 and is running good. Only problem I have will be a enemy will fall and mold into the ground or walls.
I was on last night and got DC every 20mins, before every DM major AF I would dashboard as not to lose crystals, WM major arkfalls I couldn't even enter and only managed to get in to 2 minors, in the end I gave up and went on the XB and no probs, the on going problem with the PS3 has got worse since the new dlc has come out.

i would give the same advice as brute , when entering the major arkbreak interior let some people enter then enter and if possible go with a friend if you get kicked you can then port to them once they are in , these are sad times in defiance on ps3 and i dont beleive they have the money or manpower to fix the problems we are encountering
A purely hypothetical question here:
If a company is unable to do something as simple as follow a calendar to ensure items are submitted in time for sale in various venues how likely do you think it is that they will be able to fix a problem that has plagued their product since launch and has only gotten worse?
