Yeah those are the stats on all the orange splitshots. The only thing that can change is the nano and synergy.

Freakin' sweet - on any other Sniper Rifle a complete bust of a roll - but on a Splitshot (Surge Bolter variant) it's like the holy grail roll!!!!
