Get 5,000 scrip and 250 Thorn Lio rep. Then buy the surge bolter at the vendor at Diablo Lighthouse. You now have a weapon that is better than whatever **** you're using against the warmaster when his armor breaks! :DDD

Until it gets nerfed..
*raises hand*
i actually like using my Volge Recon AR [i believe that is the name of the tech] with pyro effect , it makes me feel like a bad arse and the vibration it gives off each time i pull the trigger [one slug each trigger pull]. Against the Iceberg
It may make you feel good, but it doesn't help the team. It does very weak damage compared to the better weapons out there, and is very blinding, making it hard for others to aim. You can usually tell the quality of the group you're in by the number of blue bolts that you can see flying in the room.
Those F'n Volge weapons make it nearly impossible to see that tiny crit spot between its fist and the armor.....
And op is correct, until its nerfed the rep surge is far superior to any splitshot and most other s-bolter, too many are color blind and think because a weapon is an orange its better.
I agree with you while volge weapons are effective in terms of crowd control with their AOE making them useful during killing wave arkfalls and early siege starts, they are not the best choice against the warmaster.
Splitshot/Thorn Liro Surge Bolter is the best approach until they are nerfed.
Funny thing about that there are still people that won't face the music despite the glaring evidence otherwise.
Right before server restart, we downed him with like a minute and a half to go with 14 people, didn't see a single volge weapon. It was god damned heaven, I tell you.
As for the OP. I have a better tip. Don't shoot the ****ing locks until the room is full. :p
i wish we could mass message the whole server to not break the locks until the room is full like they do right before the daily server restart
You can type /team DO NOT SHOOT THE LOCKS and it will show up on their small chat window. Though it bugs out sometimes. You can also whisper the particular user. Though this rarely works because the average player is inattentive to the chat window. And even if they did see it, they won't follow directions.
