How Do I Turn Off Enemy Markers
How do I turn them off (not minimap markers) the ones that flood the screen and are ridiculously distracting and not worth having on.

You can't turn them off. Annoying, isn't it?

Yes, the last thing I want to know is if enemies are hiding behind something.

I managed to turn off the ones on the mini-map (it's now blank most of the time) on one account but not the other, and the red carets are still in evidence on both accounts.

Dunno how, I have all the menu toggles matched for two different accounts, and they display differently at the same time on the same computer.

Not a clue what I broke, or how, but I suspect that the menu toggles have persistence regardless of how they display.
The problem with the persistence for the menus is that there are so many combinations there is no way to tell what is persistence but mis-displayed.

It's been like this for multiple days, through t reboots, just for a computer reset to try to fix this issue, as well as restarting the game multiple times.

There are so many jekked up things in this game, that a jekked UI is just frosting on the shtako.....

Crasher I want you to take a deep breath. That a'boy, calming down now, relax.
Then please explain to the OP how to grow colored carets.

Well-rotted horse manure tilled into the top soil, about 2 weeks before planting your carrots will give you well plumed foliage above ground and a good 'bright orange' coloration at harvest. It's important that you not let the carrots stay in the ground too long, or they 'over mature', and start to go 'woody' in texture.

    hope this helps.

We have to let The Goddess do something, else we end up with pesky locust, and earthquakes.

No, it's best to keep them occupied with something....
