Legendary Weapon Value vs. DLC Weapon Value

Hi All!

So I am going to out myself a bit. When the DLC first launched I had it in my mind to trade every single Legendary I received from the DLC as I expected the demand to be high and for me to be able to trade for chase Legendary Post Patch Non-DLC Weapons.

Well I did trade for a great number of fantastic weapons (let it be known that I had no way of knowing, nor did any of us, that the oranges from the Warmaster would drop so frequently) As a consequence the Warmaster Oranges took a Value Nosedive. You can't even practically give them away now.

Well that was until this most recent 1.206 patch...

The Warmaster Loot Table has been nerfed and you'll be lucky to pull an orange Precise Chaos now. It seems it was nerfed purposely and isn't going to change. From what I have seen he's dropping oranges at a rate comparable to most other instances (Dark Matter Arkfalls & Sieges) - so that is to say rare as rain in the Mojave.

So what happens to those Warmaster Oranges now?

Well that's easy - they go up in value and continue to rise in value as more and more folks are trying and failing to get them.

Just something to keep in mind fellow traders...

Ego 4900 monitor sidearms for trade ....... Lots and some weavers too ( various ego )

It should be interesting to see what happens. I have 50+ of these dlc weapons, but none of the "highly desirable. I.E. QM Zagger"

Yeah I did but it was too late. The very next day they drop the drop rate....

So people have started getting oranges from him? I passed on a few invites to WM because people werent getting any oranges and I thought they broke him.

Today I seen myself that he dropped a orange granted it was a spanner shield but hey a orange is a orange.

I quit doing the warmaster with the thought
Of no oranges dropping until I seen it today.
I know people won't believe it until they personally see it
But it you don't face him
Then the chances of you seeing it is extremely unlikely
So take your chances and find out for yourself
And when you get that ORANGE.
