Over a year since we first starting reporting the problems, this map--and specifically the hulker cutscene--continues to bug out. Just had the cutscene loop three times and then kick everyone out halfway through the fight.

I know the feeling the hulk cutscene loops can be extremely irritating. I've submitted bug reports regarding that as well
On NA/PC we noticed that the hulker cutscene would loop several times if all four players weren't standing at the door ready to go in at the same time.
I am NOT saying this was the cause, or the only cause.
I am NOT saying it has any bearing on your situation, ( I dunno your platform). We all agree PS/XboX has been a general clusterjekk since launch.
Just saying that in any 101 coop I went into with my crew, once we figured out not to push the doorbell until we were all ready at the same/time place, we never had an issue. Most of the time when I went in with PUGs, everyone was exercising 100% autonomy, and you know what they say about herding cats.
Side note: My crew used to do several coops/night. I hate PUGs so much that I've done coops 3 maybe 5 times as a fill-in for friends crew in the last few months since my crew disbanded and along with most of my clan moved on to other games.
We did this one, just last night. It kicked 1 member of our group. He rejoined us and no other issues. Odd, that PS3 doesn't have the issue. At least, for us, last night.

that's nothing, we did explosions 101 last night and when you walk up the dock at the start towards where the tanker is, jump in the water next to the ship. i died like usual in the water and re-spawned... died after 3 seconds like i was in the water, spawned again and died.. this happened about 10 time in a row before i had to quit. death circle!
I hate Cronthike more in three attempts i've come to the end room empty three times... nothing in there, nothing to kill, no way to pass...
I just cannot complete the Coop.
When that happerns you all have to go down and kill you're self, you all spawn outside and go back in again.. Should work and spawn the enermie... If it doesn't then kill yours Selfs again... Rinse and repeat.
When in doubt, BLOW YOURSELF UP. LOL.
