Crashed twice when trying to do Island of the Lost Soldiers

Its 1/27/13 and my 2nd attempt at Island of the lost soldiers failed at 10:04pm EST.
Everything registers fine until all players are available.
Then it does the countdown.
The load screen starts.
Then...crash to desktop.

I thought the 1st crash was due to me being in the middle of an emergency.
However, the 2nd crash happened despite me making sure I wasnt doing anything.

I tried again just now. This is still happening.

I noticed the load screen just freezes. Then I crash to desktop.

Please make sure you are submitting bug reports for all of these occurrences. Our developers need to know what is going on and when. If you would please take the time to do that, it would be greatly appreciated. I will also be passing this along.
