You should be able to return it VOIP does not work = broken. Gamestop may try to fight it but amazon usually won't.

As far as them fixing it as far as I can tell nobody saying its being worked on work for Trion. You have no idea what they are doing to correct it. Did a little bit of chatting in a group today. Was a little dodgy, but it worked.
So much crying about this game. Not even a week yet. Seriously, consider suicide if you were expecting a problem free launch. WoW (love it or hate it) didn't start off where it was. Patches, hotfixes, etc. were needed to be done. This is an MMO people. It only gets better from here as it expands. This doesn't happen overnight.
