I'd be nice if you could see the total effects current on yer character in a numbers sheet.

Hey, how does this work for loot drops? fer instance, if I have pinata, and just reward and cause an explosive crit, are the loot boosts additive?

    FOR SCIENCE!

The only perks that don't stack are perks that reduce incoming damage. Perks that decrease EGO Power regeneration, increase EGO power duration, increase damage etc. will stack.

That's funny as hell and I understand, I often play the same way. The problem is that it's not that simple of what stacks and what doesn't.

For example Lets Say you have the following perks equipped and maxed.

Rear Guard - Take 45% Less Damage From Behind
Cellular Armor -Take 6% Less Damage

At any time the higher bonus is supposed to be in effect. In this instance walking around you get 6% Less Damage always. However if you get shot in the back it is now 45% Less Damage. They used to stack to where that would have been a total of 51% before. They don't anymore so you only get get the 45% from being shot in the back. If then you get shot in the front, that bonus is 6% Less Damage.

They don't stack but they still work together fine. I hope that helped and I didn't just add to your confusion.

TY, this is the way i thought that they always worked. I always thought that each perk worked individually.

    Rear Guard
    Samaritan
    Combat Medic
    Detachment
    Thick Skinned
    Failsafe
    Fortified Stance
    Cellular Armor
    Hunker Down
    Crash Test Dummy
    In The Trenches

Those are all the damage reduction perks. Whichever has the highest damage reduction for the specific situation, it takes precedence. None of them are cumulative.
